Who Should Apply?

Educational Qualifications:

• BBA/MBA from a recognized institution.

Experience Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in sales (preferred).

Key Responsibilities

As an Area Sales Manager, you will:

1. Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE):
   • Achieve HSE objectives assigned by management.
   • Introduce initiatives to enhance the HSE environment within the organization.
2. Sales Achievement:
   • Meet annual targets for Urea, Phosphates, and NP Plus volumes within your designated area.
3. Dealer Network Management:
   • Ensure the effective management of the dealer network and support their growth and efficiency.
4. Strategic Planning and Reporting:
   • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales objectives.
   • Provide analytical support and market intelligence to the Zonal Sales Manager (ZSM) and sales headquarters.
5. Inventory and Marketing Support:
   • Create sales projections and coordinate inventory management with the distribution team.
   • Oversee the placement of Point-of-Sale (POS) and merchandising materials to support marketing campaigns.
6. Team Leadership:
   • Mentor and supervise the sales team to align with organizational goals and objectives.
