About the Role

The Deputy Manager – Rewards will play a key role in designing, implementing, and managing competitive compensation and benefits programs. This position ensures alignment with company goals, compliance with regulations, and employee satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

  • Compensation Programs: Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain competitive and equitable compensation across the organization.
  • Market Benchmarking: Conduct salary surveys and market analysis to ensure the company’s reward strategies align with industry standards.
  • Payroll & Benefits Administration: Oversee payroll processes and ensure seamless, compliant, and accurate delivery of employee benefits.
  • Budgeting & Policy Design: Support budgeting efforts and develop cost-effective HR policies.
  • HR Strategy Execution: Institutionalize HR policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance organizational efficiency.
  • Workforce Analysis: Regularly review and update HR strategies to meet evolving workforce needs.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Ensure consistent administration of reward programs and compliance through audits and detailed reporting.
  • Employee Engagement: Address employee concerns and foster a culture of trust and engagement while maintaining confidentiality.

Requirements

  • Education: A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s Degree is a plus).
  • Experience: At least 6+ years of relevant experience, including 2-3 years in C&B and 1-2 years in HR operations.
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • In-depth knowledge of compensation frameworks and benefits design.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
