Key Responsibilities:

As an Area Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and ensuring operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will include:

• Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE):
  Achieving HSE objectives set by management and proposing initiatives to enhance the organization’s overall HSE environment.
• Sales Goals:
  Achieving assigned annual Urea, Phosphates, and NP Plus volume targets for your designated area.
• Dealer Network Management:
  Ensuring effective management and support of the dealer network to meet sales objectives.
• Sales Projections and Inventory:
  Developing accurate sales forecasts and managing inventory at the area level, coordinating closely with the distribution department.
• Market Intelligence:
  Providing valuable market insights to your supervisor and the sales headquarters.
• Promotional Materials:
  Ensuring the effective placement of point-of-sale (POS) and merchandising materials in the market.
• Strategic Planning:
  Developing and executing strategies to meet the sales plan effectively.
• Team Supervision:
  Mentoring and supervising your team to achieve organizational and sales objectives.

Qualification & Requirements:

• Education:
  • BBA or MBA from a reputable institution.
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience (preference given to candidates with a background in sales).
