Key Responsibilities:

As the Deputy Manager Creative (Marketing Operations), you will be responsible for overseeing the conception, development, and execution of all creative campaigns. Your role is crucial in ensuring that our campaigns align with our brand’s identity and business goals. Here are your main areas of responsibility:

  • Advertising (ATL, BTL, Digital, and On-ground):
    • Develop and execute creative strategies that align with marketing goals.
    • Ensure all creative work maintains a high standard of quality and is consistent with brand guidelines.
  • Promotional Activities/Events:
    • Plan and implement promotional events and activities to boost brand visibility.

Core Knowledge and Skills Required:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and knowledge:

  • Creative Skills:
    • Strong copywriting and concept development skills.
    • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe and Canva.
    • Knowledge of A/V production processes.
  • Strategic and Analytical Skills:
    • Ability to develop creative strategies that drive engagement and brand awareness.
    • Implement feedback from stakeholders to refine creative outputs.
  • Project Management:
    • Exceptional project management skills, capable of handling high-stress situations.
    • Practical knowledge of managing digital, print, and TV campaigns.
  • Communication Skills:
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong presentation skills for developing and delivering presentations.
  • B2B and B2C Campaigns:
    • Professional experience in managing both B2B and B2C campaigns.

Education and Experience:

  • Qualification:
    • Masters in Mass Communication, Arts, or a relevant field.
  • Experience:
    • 5-6 years of experience as an Associate Creative Manager or Creative Manager, with a minimum of 4 years in an advertising agency or creative department.
