🧾 Role Overview

The Deputy Manager Audit will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of the receivables and sales-related data. The role requires a detailed review of dealer transactions, system reconciliations, contract monitoring, and credit compliance. The successful candidate will ensure that internal controls are followed and audit standards are maintained across accounts receivable processes.


🔍 Key Responsibilities

  • Receivables Aging Analysis: Conduct timely reviews of outstanding receivables to ensure proper follow-up and minimize credit risk.

  • Dealers Account Reconciliations: Verify and adjust dealer account balances to ensure consistency with the system.

  • Sales Verification: Review and validate all sales prices, promotional incentives, discounts, returns, and bonus adjustments.

  • System Reconciliation: Consolidate dealer balances and reconcile them with financial and ERP systems.

  • Credit Limit Review: Ensure dealers are operating within the approved credit limits and escalate violations as needed.

🎓 Required Qualifications

  • Education: M.Com / CA Inter / ACCA Finalist

  • Experience: 5 to 6 years of relevant experience, particularly in the FMCG sector or in roles involving receivables, credit controls, or internal audit.

  • Strong understanding of receivables processes, dealer network management, and financial auditing.

  • Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems for data analysis and reconciliation.
