Engro Energy is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented professional to join its Karachi Head Office for the role of Deputy Manager Audit at Sindh Engro Coal Mining Company (SECMC). The Deputy Manager Audit will be responsible for planning and executing internal audits, conducting spot checks and risk assessments, and ensuring follow-ups on action items. The position also includes:
Supporting budget preparation
Managing Board Audit Committee (BAC) reporting
Offering advisory services to improve controls
Leading training initiatives
Conducting internal investigations as needed
Execute the annual internal audit plan across business units
Perform risk-based audits and operational evaluations
Conduct surprise spot checks and report irregularities
Collaborate with departments to assess compliance with internal policies
Lead and document investigations when concerns arise
Assist in preparing BAC reports and management advisory
Train internal teams on audit best practices
