📋 Key Responsibilities

As a Deputy General Manager – Finance, you will play a vital leadership role by overseeing financial operations, ensuring strategic financial planning, and optimizing operational efficiency.

Your primary duties will include:

  • Financial Leadership and Strategy:

    • Lead and manage the organization’s complete financial operations.

    • Provide critical financial insights to support strategic decision-making processes.

  • Strategic Financial Planning and Reporting:

    • Develop and execute financial strategies, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

    • Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

  • Project and Operational Financing:

    • Manage project financing and operational financing facilities efficiently.

    • Maintain relationships with financial institutions and support funding arrangements for ongoing and new projects.

  • Cane Procurement and Payment Strategy (Specific to the Sugar Division):

    • Define and implement effective strategies for cane procurement and payment systems.

    • Ensure smooth, transparent, and efficient payment processes for cane suppliers, enhancing operational effectiveness.

  • Process Improvement and Optimization:

    • Continuously assess financial processes and suggest improvements to drive operational efficiencies and cost-effectiveness.


🎓 Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Education:

    • CA Qualified or ACCA Qualified from a recognized institution.

  • Experience:

    • CA with 7–8 years of relevant experience or

    • ACCA with 8–10 years of relevant experience.

    • Strong background in project financing and operational financing facilities is required.
