We are currently hiring a Dealer Compliance Executive for our operations in Peshawar. This role will be vital in maintaining dealership standards, ensuring compliance across showrooms, and creating a consistent and high-quality customer experience aligned with the company’s brand values.

🧩 Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure dealerships adhere to company standards, including visual merchandising, in-store branding, product display, and ambience.

• Drive customer-focused initiatives at dealerships to increase satisfaction and retain loyalty.

• Advise dealers on uplifting showroom quality, layout optimization, and merchandising enhancements.

• Coordinate with marketing teams to align dealer experience strategies with product launches and promotional activities.

• Serve as a bridge between the company and the dealer network by identifying needs and maintaining strong relationships.

• Respond to dealer inquiries via phone, email, social media, or chat platforms, ensuring timely resolution of issues.

• Collect and analyze dealer feedback regarding products, sales trends, and service experience to prepare internal reports.

• Support product testing and analyze after-sales service quality, providing insights for continuous improvement.

• Maintain proper documentation of processes, complaints, feedback, and service records.

🏷️ Candidate Requirements:

• Education: Graduation / BBA / Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field.

• Experience: 2–3 years in a compliance, dealer management, customer relations, or brand assurance role.

• Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Knowledge of retail standards and customer service excellence.

  • Basic understanding of CRM tools and report generation.

  • Problem-solving and ability to take initiative.
