Position Title: Data Analyst

As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in gathering, processing, and presenting data to aid in decision-making across the organization.
Your core responsibilities include:
Data Gathering and Validation:
Collect data from various organizational databases, ensuring its accuracy, completeness, and reliability.
Data Management and Methodologies:
Develop and maintain robust data collection methodologies to promote efficient data recording and ensure data integrity.
Data Visualization and Reporting:
Create visualizations (charts, dashboards, graphs) to effectively present data insights.
Use tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and others to communicate findings to key stakeholders.
Model Maintenance and Accuracy Checking:
Maintain, update, and validate analytical models and data workflows.
Regularly assess model performance using relevant metrics and cross-validation methods.
Ad-Hoc Analysis and Support:
Support daily analytics requirements including ad-hoc data analysis, report generation, and troubleshooting analytics-related queries.
Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as:
Human Resources
Business Management
Statistics
Data Science or a related discipline.
Experience:
1–2 years of relevant work experience in data analysis and reporting will be a strong plus.
Fresh graduates with strong data skills are also encouraged to apply.
Proficient in data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
Strong understanding of data collection methodologies and data integrity management.
Ability to create clear, insightful reports and dashboards.
Attention to detail, strong analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills for presenting data findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Good command of Microsoft Excel, SQL skills would be an advantage.
