As a DAE Mechanical at Daewoo Express, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of the company’s bus fleet. Your responsibilities will include:
Preventive & Corrective Maintenance: Supervise routine and emergency maintenance tasks to ensure high vehicle uptime.
Service Schedule Execution: Perform oil changes, replace filters, and conduct mechanical/electrical repairs according to maintenance timelines.
Workshop Supervision: Lead the workshop and operational teams, ensuring compliance with duty schedules and performance standards.
Daily Operations Management: Handle real-time operational issues, coordinate with field teams, and respond to incident situations.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to safety regulations, cleanliness, and overall quality assurance in all workshop activities.
Cost & Inventory Management: Monitor repair costs, manage labor distribution, and support the Supply Chain Management (SCM) department with technical expertise.
Performance Reporting: Collaborate with internal departments to generate operational and maintenance reports for performance monitoring.
To qualify for this role, you must possess:
Education: Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Mechanical.
Experience: 1 to 4 years of experience in mechanical or fleet maintenance.
