Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Officer, your responsibilities will include:

✔️ Handling inbound and outbound calls professionally, assisting customers with their inquiries.
✔️ Providing detailed guidance to customers regarding online orders, DDS offers, and sales procedures.
✔️ Tracking and updating customers on order statuses, ensuring timely resolution of queries.
✔️ Registering and managing customer complaints in the Job Box system for proper follow-up.
✔️ Coordinating with relevant departments to resolve customer issues effectively.
✔️ Following up on active complaints and keeping both customers and internal teams updated.
✔️ Forwarding approved complaint cases to the Sales Audit Department for pricing adjustments.
✔️ Registering and maintaining customer warranty cards in the company database.
✔️ Collecting and updating customer data for the CRM system to improve customer engagement.


Eligibility Criteria

✔️ Education:

  • Graduate or Master’s degree from a recognized institution.

✔️ Experience:

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, complaint handling, or sales support.

✔️ Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle customer queries professionally and efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, CRM software).
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Team player with a customer-centric approach.
