🛠️ Role Summary

The Customer Support Officer will act as the first point of contact for all customer interactions. This role is critical in maintaining customer satisfaction by ensuring queries and complaints are handled efficiently, and timely support is provided for order placement, product guidance, and issue resolution.


🧾 Key Responsibilities

  • Handle Inbound Calls: Answer customer queries with professionalism and empathy, ensuring satisfaction and accurate information sharing.

  • Product Knowledge: Share detailed, updated information about Master Group’s product offerings, pricing structures, discounts, and promotional campaigns.

  • Sales Assistance: Assist customers through the complete order placement process, including payment options, delivery details, and order tracking.

  • Complaint Management: Accurately record and track product-related complaints in the CRM system. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for logging, resolving, and closing cases.

  • Customer Follow-Ups: Proactively follow up with customers regarding active complaints or pending queries to keep them informed on progress.

  • Outbound Calls: Call customers to verify or update their data and ensure all CRM records are current and accurate.

  • Interdepartmental Coordination: Work closely with logistics, sales, and technical teams to ensure customer needs are met promptly and effectively.


Candidate Profile

To thrive in this role, the ideal candidate must be:

  • Customer-focused with excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Urdu

  • Friendly, confident, and professional on calls

  • Organized with strong data entry and CRM usage capabilities

  • Able to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks

  • Calm under pressure and able to handle escalations tactfully


🖥️ Technical Skills Required

  • Familiarity with CRM systems

  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Knowledge of complaint handling protocols is a plus
