As the Creative Manager – Digital & Content, you will play a crucial role in leading the bank’s digital and content strategy. The role requires you to oversee the creation and execution of high-quality digital content across various platforms to ensure the bank’s brand is consistently represented and resonates with the target audience. You will lead a team of creative professionals and collaborate closely with marketing, design, and digital teams to drive innovative content strategies.
Creative Direction & Strategy:
Lead and oversee the development of creative strategies for digital and content marketing initiatives that align with the bank’s brand identity and objectives.
Content Creation & Management:
Guide the creation of content for digital platforms, including websites, social media, and digital ads, ensuring consistency in tone, message, and branding.
Team Leadership:
Manage and mentor a team of designers, writers, and content creators, fostering creativity and collaboration to meet project goals.
Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams:
Work closely with the marketing, design, and social media teams to ensure that digital content meets marketing objectives and delivers effective results.
Campaign Management & Optimization:
Ensure the successful execution of digital campaigns, continuously monitoring performance metrics and optimizing content strategies based on data-driven insights.
Brand Consistency:
Ensure that all creative content, from written material to visuals, aligns with the bank’s established branding and guidelines.
Education:
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Media Sciences, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
A minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in creative direction, digital content creation, and team management.
Skills:
Strong creative and strategic thinking.
Experience in managing digital content across multiple platforms.
Proficiency in digital tools and platforms (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, CMS, social media platforms).
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
