As a Consultant Plastic Surgeon, you will perform both reconstructive and cosmetic surgeries, providing expert care to patients with traumatic injuries, congenital deformities, burns, or those seeking aesthetic enhancements. Your role is critical to improving not just physical appearance but also restoring function and quality of life.
Conduct thorough evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment planning for patients
Perform a wide range of plastic and reconstructive surgeries involving the face, body, and limbs
Collaborate with other specialties such as burn care, oncology, and trauma surgery
Manage pre-operative and post-operative consultations and follow-up care
Maintain meticulous medical records and case documentation
Educate patients and families about procedures, risks, and recovery timelines
Supervise and mentor junior doctors and surgical assistants
Engage in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety audits
Adhere to hospital policies, ethical practices, and national medical standards
Perform additional duties across departments or service lines, as required by hospital management

Proficiency in microsurgery, craniofacial surgery, burn reconstruction, and aesthetic surgery
Excellent clinical judgment, decision-making, and manual dexterity
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for both patient and team interaction
