Job Title: Dealer Compliance Executive
Responsibilities:
As a Dealer Compliance Executive at Master Group of Industries, your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring compliance with defined company standards at dealership locations, including visual merchandise, product portfolio, and staff training.
- Enhancing the overall customer experience at our dealership network by driving customer retention and satisfaction.
- Monitoring dealer compliance and providing guidance to uplift showroom standards.
- Aligning dealer experience strategies with marketing initiatives and informing dealers about new product features.
- Identifying dealer needs and taking proactive steps to maintain positive engagement.
- Responding to dealer queries via various communication channels promptly and effectively.
- Analyzing dealer feedback on product ranges and new releases, and preparing relevant reports.
- Performing product tests, evaluating after-sales services, and facilitating improvements.
- Documenting processes, technical issues, dealer feedback, and complaints.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Management.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the banking or telecom industry.
