Position Title: Communications & Engagement Officer
Department: Human Resource & Organizational Development / Communication & Marketing
Location: Head Office, Roots Millennium Schools, Sector E-11/4, Islamabad

As a Communications & Engagement Officer, you will be responsible for:
Strategic Communication:
Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies to promote TME’s mission, values, and initiatives effectively.
Social Media and Digital Content Management:
Manage TME’s social media platforms and curate engaging digital content to enhance visibility and brand presence.
Outreach and Engagement Activities:
Coordinate and organize outreach activities including workshops, webinars, campaigns, and community events to strengthen stakeholder engagement.
Internal Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams (academic, HR, marketing) to create and deliver high-quality promotional materials and communication content.
Monitoring and Reporting:
Monitor communication efforts using analytics and metrics.
Evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies and make necessary improvements for greater reach and impact.
Education:
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Social Sciences, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in:
Communications
Community outreach
Engagement and content creation
Strong expertise in social media management and content marketing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to strategize, plan, and execute engagement campaigns.
Proficiency in using social media tools, analytics platforms, and basic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.) is a plus.
Strong event management and coordination skills.
Creative, energetic, and proactive mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team under tight deadlines.
