Position Overview:

Position: Cash Officer
Location: Karachi & Peshawar
Department: Operations
Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: Intermediate/Graduate (Preferably in Commerce)

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Cash Officer/Teller, preferably in an exchange company.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Cash Officer at AL Habib Exchange, your responsibilities will include:

• Cash Handling & Transactions: Manage daily cash transactions efficiently, ensuring accuracy in cash balances and adherence to company procedures.

• Customer Service: Assist customers with their financial transactions, answering their queries and ensuring a positive customer experience.

• Compliance: Ensure all transactions comply with company policies and legal regulations.

• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions, and report any discrepancies or issues promptly.

• Team Coordination: Collaborate with other team members and departments to streamline processes and ensure smooth operation of exchange services.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Intermediate or Graduate degree, preferably in Commerce.

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, especially within an exchange company.

• Skills: Strong communication and customer service skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle cash transactions securely and accurately.
