Key Responsibilities

As a Business Faculty member at Denning, you will:

• Lecture Delivery: Prepare and deliver engaging lectures for the assigned business modules.
• Course Development: Create comprehensive course materials, including syllabi, assignments, practice questions, and notes.
• Student Evaluation:
  • Assess and grade student assignments, first-term assessments, mid-terms, second-term assessments, and mock examinations.
  • Submit all evaluated work with grades to the Student Affairs & Registrations Department within specified deadlines.
• Curriculum Enhancement: Plan, evaluate, and revise curriculum content and teaching methods to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
• Student Support:
  • Maintain scheduled office hours for one-on-one student advising and after-class assistance.
  • Actively participate in academic and social events to foster a supportive learning environment.
• Event Participation: Provide updates on institutional activities and events, contributing to student management and engagement.

Qualifications

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess:

• Education:
  • PhD, M.Phil, or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience:
  • 2–5 years of teaching experience in relevant subjects.
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in sourcing tools and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
