• Experience:
  • Up to 5 years of relevant experience in the Food or FMCG industry.
• Skills Required:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
  • Creative skills to develop engaging brand strategies and campaigns.
  • Strong analytical abilities to assess market trends, campaign performance, and make strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Competitive Market Analysis:
   • Actively monitor and analyze direct and indirect competitive activities in the marketplace. Gather market intelligence and use insights to influence strategic business decisions.
2. Strategic Planning:
   • Develop strategic roadmaps and go-to-market plans for assigned product portfolios. Ensure that strategies align with company goals and market demands.
3. Brand Marketing:
   • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive 360-degree brand marketing plans. This includes ATL (Above the Line), BTL (Below the Line), Digital marketing, and staying ahead of new industry trends.
4. Campaign Performance Tracking:
   • Measure the performance of marketing campaigns by evaluating ROI and KPIs. Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts and achieve business objectives.
