Position: Branch Manager

Requirements:
- Intermediate/Bachelor’s degree
- 5-6 years of proven experience in a retail fashion brand
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations: Manage the daily activities of the retail outlet, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Inventory management: Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and ensure adequate stock levels to meet customer demand.
- Customer service: Provide exceptional customer service, address customer queries and complaints promptly, and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
- Staff management: Lead and motivate the retail team to achieve sales targets, provide training and development opportunities, and foster a positive work environment.
- Sales analysis: Analyze sales performance and financial reports, identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and implement strategies to drive sales and profitability.
- Stock control: Conduct regular stock checks, perform audits, and ensure accuracy in stock records and transactions.
