Zellbury, a leading retail fashion brand, is looking to hire a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager for its outlet in Mirpur, Azad Jammu & Kashmir (AJK). The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the outlet, leading a team, and ensuring that Zellbury’s high standards of customer service and sales performance are maintained.
As the Branch Manager at Zellbury, your primary responsibilities will include:
Daily Operations Management: Oversee and manage the branch’s daily operations, ensuring the smooth workflow and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Team Leadership and Development: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages high performance, teamwork, and professional growth.
Customer Service Excellence: Maintain exceptional customer service standards by creating a welcoming and engaging shopping experience for all customers. Ensure that customer concerns and issues are addressed promptly and effectively.
Inventory Management: Effectively manage inventory levels, ensuring the branch is well-stocked with popular items and minimizing excess stock. Conduct regular stock checks and ensure that the stockroom is organized and efficiently managed.
Sales Planning and Target Achievement: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets. Analyze sales data to identify trends and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Education: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
Experience:
4-5 years of proven experience in a retail fashion brand, with experience in managing a retail outlet or team. Prior experience in the fashion or retail industry will be an advantage.
Skills:
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to analyze sales data and develop effective strategies.
Familiarity with inventory management practices and systems.
