📋 Key Responsibilities

As Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and performance of your branch, focusing on both customer satisfaction and business targets. Key duties include:

📈 Business Development & Sales

• Drive growth in deposit base, advances portfolio, and other revenue streams.

• Lead initiatives to achieve targets for Housing & Construction Finance under Islamic banking guidelines.

• Build and expand customer relationships through cross-selling bank products.

🤝 Customer Relationship & Marketing

• Promote Soneri Bank’s Islamic Banking products by educating and engaging customers.

• Strengthen relationships with existing clients while onboarding new ones through referrals and local outreach.

📊 Operational Excellence & Compliance

• Oversee daily branch operations and ensure financial reports and ledgers are accurate and compliant.

• Coordinate with audit teams and maintain compliance with SBP regulations, Islamic banking guidelines, and internal policies.

• Ensure that loan applications, particularly consumer assets, are properly processed in coordination with the relevant departments.
