As a Branch Manager, you will play a crucial role in the store’s success by ensuring smooth operations and team performance. Your key responsibilities will include:
Retail Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring that the store runs efficiently and meets its performance goals.
Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage the store team to achieve sales targets, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain a positive working environment.
Customer Engagement: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing personalized shopping experiences.

Education: MBA, BBA/BA or equivalent degree from a reputable institution.
Experience: At least 4-5 years of experience in a leadership role within the retail sector, preferably in fashion or western wear.
