Role Overview
The Booth In-charge will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of exchange booths, ensuring the efficient and secure execution of foreign currency exchange services. This role requires strict adherence to regulatory guidelines, as well as close coordination with the Regional and Head Offices to meet business targets and provide high-quality customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing Branch Operations:
- Ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations at the exchange booth.
- Supervise foreign currency exchange transactions to maintain security and compliance with company policies.
- Supervising Transactions:
- Ensure all transactions are processed in compliance with regulations, maintaining a high level of accuracy and security.
- Verify foreign currencies and handle any discrepancies or issues promptly.
- Coordination with Regional/Head Office:
- Regularly communicate with the regional or head office to ensure the achievement of business targets.
- Ensure operational consistency and adherence to Meezan Exchange’s policies and objectives.
- Customer Service:
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any queries related to currency exchange.
- Maintain a professional and friendly environment for both customers and staff.
- Reporting:
- Keep accurate records of daily operations, including currency transactions, stock levels, and customer inquiries.
- Submit regular reports to senior management as required.
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for the role, candidates must meet the following qualifications and experience:
- Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in foreign currency dealing at branches or exchange booths.
- Education:
- Intermediate or Graduate degree in a relevant field.
