Pepsi Northern Bottling Company is currently hiring for the position of Blowmold Operator to join their team in Peshawar. This critical role will focus on operating Sidel and Krones blow molding machines to produce quality beverage bottles efficiently. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth operation of the blow molding process, perform maintenance tasks, and contribute to the optimization of the production line to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
Blow Molding Operation:
Operate Sidel & Krones blow molding machines efficiently, ensuring they meet rated speed and adhere to quality standards.
Adjust machine settings for optimal performance, ensuring smooth production without disruptions.
Machine Maintenance:
Perform routine maintenance on blow molding machines to prevent breakdowns and ensure long-term durability.
Conduct quick changeovers (Flavor/Package) as required to meet production needs.
Monitoring and Quality Control:
Monitor the production process, ensuring continuous and efficient operation of machines.
Ensure the proper handling and recording of raw materials used in the blow molding operation.
Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving:
Quickly identify and resolve mechanical or technical issues to minimize downtime and avoid production delays.
Work closely with production supervisors and maintenance staff to improve production efficiency.
Preventive and Corrective Maintenance:
Perform preventive maintenance on machines to avoid breakdowns.
Carry out corrective maintenance when required, ensuring the machines are back to operation in the shortest time possible.
Education:
A diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics engineering.
Experience:
A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in the beverage or FMCG industry, specifically with blow molding machines such as Sidel & Krones.
Skills:
Strong technical knowledge of blow molding operations.
Proficiency in machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment with a focus on quality.
Teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with other departments.
