Role Overview

The Biomass Development Manager will be responsible for identifying potential sites, developing alternative fuel solutions, managing purchase center operations, and ensuring a consistent supply of biomass materials. Key Responsibilities

• Site Identification: Locate new potential sites within the respective regions.
• Alternative Fuels Development: Develop cost-effective alternative fuels based on market demand and future pricing.
• Operations Management: Oversee purchase center activities, including stacking, shredding, and baling.
• Supply Planning: Plan and schedule the supply of biomass materials from zones on a quarterly basis.
• Vendor Negotiations: Negotiate with farmers and suppliers for consistent material supply.
• Collection Modes Evaluation: Assess and implement efficient collection methods in budgeted zones.
• Supplier Development: Build relationships with suppliers, allocate supply areas, and address pricing challenges.
• Logistics Coordination: Work with the logistics team to negotiate and manage transportation requirements.
• Performance Monitoring: Prepare budgets and review quarterly performance against targets.
