About the Role

As the Assistant Manager CRP, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing production processes, managing purchase orders, and maintaining efficient workflows. The position demands strong problem-solving skills, proactive communication, and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to achieve production targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Purchase Order Management: Ensure timely closing of POs as per targets and commitments.
• Production Oversight: Monitor daily production targets, focusing on cutting and induction.
• Fabric Management: Optimize fabric consumption to reduce wastage and avoid shortages.
• Workflow Coordination: Manage the entire PO process, from fabrication to shipment, ensuring smooth operations.
• Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve production-related issues promptly by coordinating with top management.
• Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders to ensure consistency in the workflow.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Experience

• 4 to 5 years of experience in a similar capacity, preferably in the retail or textile sector.
