Key Responsibilities

As an Assistant Supply Chain, your key responsibilities will include:

✔️ Managing procurement operations, ensuring efficiency and timely execution of supply chain processes.
✔️ Reviewing Purchase Requests (PRs), scope documents, and Bill of Quantities (BOQs) for accuracy and alignment with project needs.
✔️ Overseeing budget clearance processes, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial constraints.
✔️ Coordinating with internal teams to align procurement with business requirements.
✔️ Ensuring compliance with supply chain policies and industry best practices.


Eligibility Criteria

✔️ Education:

  • BS in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.
  • Certification in Procurement or Supply Chain Management (e.g., CIPS, CPSM) is a plus.

✔️ Experience:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management.

✔️ Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of procurement and budget management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
