Department: Business Studies
Location: Beaconhouse International College, Karachi Campus

As part of the Teaching Faculty at BIC, your role will include:
Teaching and Delivery:
Efficiently and effectively deliver assigned business courses in accordance with the college’s academic strategy and curriculum requirements.
Employ innovative teaching methodologies to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
Academic Development:
Design and update course materials, lesson plans, and assessments to align with current business practices and academic standards.
Provide academic counseling and mentoring support to students.
Research and Scholarly Activities:
Engage in research activities to contribute to the advancement of knowledge within the field of Business.
Publish research findings in reputable journals and participate in academic conferences.
Contribution to College Initiatives:
Actively participate in activities that influence leading-edge academic practices.
Contribute to the college’s broader initiatives for quality enhancement and innovation in education.
Education:
PhD, PhD Scholar, or Master’s degree in Business or a relevant field from a recognized institution.
Experience:
5 to 7 years of relevant teaching and academic experience at a recognized university or college level.
Experience in curriculum development and research activities is highly desirable.
Expertise in business education and current industry practices.
Strong teaching and communication skills with a student-centered approach.
Research-oriented mindset with the ability to publish academic work.
Excellent classroom management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with faculty members and administration.
