As an Assistant Professor/Lecturer in Accounting & Finance, your role will include:
Teaching: Deliver high-quality teaching across undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in Accounting & Finance, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of teaching programmes in line with the college’s strategies, policies, and procedures.
Research: Contribute to academic research activity, developing new knowledge in the field of Accounting & Finance and publishing research findings in reputed journals.
Curriculum Development: Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum, ensuring it meets current industry trends and academic standards.
Academic Support: Offer academic support to students, helping them achieve their learning goals and contributing to their overall educational development.
Professional Development: Engage in professional development activities and contribute to initiatives that improve teaching practices and curriculum delivery.
Educational Qualification: A PhD/PhD Scholar/MS in Accounting & Finance or a related field from a reputable institution.
Experience: 5-7 years of relevant teaching experience in the field of Accounting & Finance. Experience in higher education institutions is preferred.
Skills & Expertise:
Strong knowledge of accounting and finance principles and practices.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage and educate students effectively.
Research-oriented with an ability to contribute to the field of accounting & finance.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
