About the Role
The Assistant Manager, Family Planning, will oversee field operations and data management for family planning (FP) programs. The successful candidate will ensure quality control and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including staff, communities, government departments, and referral organizations.
This is a field-based position in Karachi, requiring both leadership and hands-on engagement with program implementation.
Key Responsibilities
Program Supervision: Manage FP program activities, ensuring timely and effective implementation.
Data Management: Monitor and maintain program data to ensure quality control and accurate reporting.
Stakeholder Coordination: Foster strong working relationships with internal teams, community members, government departments, and partner organizations.
Quality Assurance: Conduct regular field visits to ensure adherence to program goals and quality standards.
Problem Solving: Address challenges proactively and implement effective solutions to ensure program success.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification
A Master’s degree in one of the following fields is preferred:
Public Health
Health Management
Business Administration
Mass Communication
Experience
At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, preferably with renowned NGOs working in family planning or related fields.
Skills
Strong leadership and coordination skills.
Proficiency in data management and quality control processes.
Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
