Key Responsibilities

As an Assistant Manager Utilities at StarchPack, you will be responsible for:

✔️ Maintaining utility equipment such as boilers, cooling towers, air compressors, and water chests with turbines to ensure safe and efficient operation.
✔️ Managing condensate recovery systems and ensuring optimal chemical control for all equipment inputs.
✔️ Ensuring efficient fuel utilization within the targeted budget and operational standards.
✔️ Monitoring and reporting daily performance of steam, condensate, and chilled water systems, along with associated auxiliary support systems.
✔️ Implementing safety protocols and compliance standards for utility operations.
✔️ Coordinating with operations and maintenance teams to ensure seamless execution of utility processes.

Eligibility Criteria

✔️ Education:

• 1st Class Boiler Engineering Certification (Mandatory).
• Bachelor’s or DAE (Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering).

✔️ Experience:

• 4-5 years of hands-on experience in boiler and utilities management.

✔️ Skills & Competencies:

• Strong technical knowledge of boilers, steam systems, and cooling towers.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications for reporting and monitoring.
