Key Responsibilities

As the Assistant Manager – Org Support, you will be responsible for:

✔️ Providing organizational support to business functions, ensuring smooth administrative operations.
✔️ Managing Transport & Fleet operations, including vehicle assignments and maintenance.
✔️ Handling Scrap Management and ensuring compliance with disposal policies.
✔️ Overseeing Mess Management, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
✔️ Managing document archiving and storage, maintaining records efficiently.
✔️ Supervising key admin tasks such as boarding, lodging, facility management, maintenance, and housekeeping.
✔️ Liaising with Government Departments for regulatory and operational requirements.
✔️ Supervising and managing the administrative staff, ensuring efficient workflow.


Requirements & Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

✔️ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Public Administration.
✔️ Experience: Minimum 5 years in Admin Operations.
✔️ Skills:

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong follow-up and feedback management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
    ✔️ Personality Traits: Task & result-oriented, a go-getter with a “Can-do” approach.
