Key Responsibilities

As an Assistant Manager – Terminal Customer Services, your role will involve:

✔️ Overseeing daily terminal operations to ensure smooth passenger handling and efficient service delivery.
✔️ Liaising with airport agencies, handling agents, and regulatory bodies to coordinate operations.
✔️ Ensuring compliance with airport security, safety, and operational regulations.
✔️ Handling customer service issues, managing complaints, and resolving passenger concerns efficiently.
✔️ Supervising check-in, boarding, baggage handling, and other terminal functions.
✔️ Monitoring flight schedules and coordinating with ground handling teams to minimize delays.
✔️ Preparing operational reports, analyzing performance data, and suggesting improvements.
✔️ Providing leadership and guidance to terminal staff, ensuring high service standards.


Eligibility Criteria

✔️ Education:

  • Graduate Degree (Minimum Requirement).

✔️ Experience:

  • 5-7 years of experience in airport operations, preferably at Gatwick or Stansted Airport.
  • Prior experience as an Assistant Manager or in a similar leadership role in the airport environment.
  • Experience with Pakistani carriers is a plus.

✔️ Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluent in English, Urdu, and Punjabi (Verbal & Written).
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and report writing.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced airport environment.

  • Valid UK Driving License.
