Job Role Overview:

As the Assistant Manager – Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in managing and promoting the retail merchandising for Eastern Fashion Wear (Men’s/Women’s Unstitched Collections). This position is ideal for someone who has a deep understanding of the textile industry and can bring innovative merchandising strategies to boost sales and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Merchandise Management: Handle and manage merchandising for Eastern Wear Fashion products, including Men’s and Women’s unstitched collections.
• Product Development: Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure that the product meets market demands and brand standards.
• Retail Strategy: Work closely with the sales team to develop merchandising strategies that will optimize product performance and visibility in retail stores.
• Market Trend Analysis: Keep track of the latest trends in Eastern fashion and ensure that the product lines are aligned with customer preferences.
• Stock Management: Ensure proper inventory control and stock levels in retail outlets.
• Team Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including design, sales, and production, to ensure smooth product management and sales flow.

Qualifications & Expertise:

• Education:
  • BSc in Textile Engineering from a recognized and reputed university.
• Experience:
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in retail merchandising, with a focus on Eastern Fashion Wear.
  • Proven experience in managing Men’s/Women’s unstitched products in a fashion retail environment.
• Skills Required:
  • Deep knowledge of Eastern fashion trends and market demands.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
