Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Satisfaction & Service Delivery:
  • Proactively manage customer satisfaction by anticipating potential service issues and ensuring that customer needs are met with the highest standards.
• Sales Target Achievement:
  • Set and achieve assigned sales targets by preparing detailed sales forecasts on an annual, quarterly, and monthly basis.
• Sales Process Management:
  • Lead all aspects of the sales process, from initial contact to proposal delivery, ensuring that all relevant departments are coordinated effectively.
• Customer Interface:
  • Serve as the key interface between customers and all relevant departments, ensuring smooth communication and service delivery.
• Team Leadership:
  • Engage and lead a high-performance sales team, providing guidance and support as needed to achieve sales goals.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

• Education:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration (BBA/MBA) with 0-1 years of relevant experience.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Basic knowledge of sales and marketing principles.
• Leadership Abilities:
  • Ability to lead and engage a high-performance team, driving results through effective management and communication.
