Key Accountabilities
As Assistant Manager Sales – North, your responsibilities will include:
- Sales Target Management: Forecast and prepare annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets for the North region.
- Sales Monitoring: Monitor sales performance of Duplex board and bleached board products, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Customer Satisfaction: Focus on delivering desired products and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Sales and Collection Performance: Drive sales and improve collection performance within the region.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors
- Education: MBA with 0-5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the packaging or related industry.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and engage a high-performance sales team to achieve targets.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation abilities to secure favorable deals with clients.
- Presentation & Communication Skills: Excellent presentation and communication skills, with proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis.
