Reporting To: Assistant Manager Marketing and Logistics (AMML)
Customer Satisfaction & Service Delivery:
Proactively manage customer satisfaction by anticipating service issues and resolving potential problems before they arise.
Monitor and track customer satisfaction to ensure the highest level of service delivery.
Sales Target Management:
Achieve assigned sales targets through effective planning and execution.
Prepare annual, quarterly, and monthly sales forecasts and set specific sales targets.
Develop action plans to meet sales targets and increase business volume.
Customer Relationship Management:
Act as a key point of contact between customers and various departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
Lead all aspects of the sales process, coordinating with other teams as needed to develop solutions and proposals.
New Business Development:
Focus on developing new business opportunities, expanding the client base, and increasing market share.
Timely Recoveries & Billing:
Ensure timely recoveries from customers and maintain financial accuracy.
Education:
MBA or relevant qualification in sales, marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
1-3 years of relevant experience in sales, customer relationship management, marketing, or operations management.
Experience in packaging or a related industry is a plus.
Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
A strong understanding of developing and maintaining marketing strategies.
Personal Traits:
High motivation, proactive, and flexible thinking.
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
