Key Responsibilities

As an Assistant Manager Production, you will:

1. Operate and Maintain Machinery
   • Oversee the operation, adjustment, and maintenance of production machinery, including mixers, ovens, conveyors, and packing equipment.
   • Troubleshoot and resolve basic machinery issues to minimize downtime and ensure efficiency.
2. Ensure Product Quality
   • Monitor product quality throughout the production process to ensure compliance with required standards.
   • Maintain consistency and quality by adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety regulations.
3. Manage Production Processes
   • Handle raw material processing, manufacturing, and packing to maintain seamless production.
   • Ensure that all standard production processes are followed efficiently.
4. Troubleshooting and Optimization
   • Act as the point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving issues in production machinery to ensure uninterrupted operations.

Who Should Apply?

Qualifications:

• BSE or MSC in Food Sciences or a related field.

Experience:

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in food manufacturing or production.

Skills and Expertise:

• Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting production machinery.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and GMP.
• Understanding of raw material handling, production processes, and packing operations.
• Ability to ensure product quality and consistency throughout production.
