Position

Assistant Manager – Parts Quality

Job Location

Head Office – Lahore

Key Responsibilities

• Inspection and Testing: Conduct thorough inspection and testing of incoming parts to ensure adherence to specifications.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of quality inspection and implement continuous improvement strategies.
• Documentation and Compliance: Manage Quality Management System (QMS) documentation and ensure compliance with ISO standards.
• Defect Resolution: Promptly address and resolve defects or issues in parts quality.
• Root Cause Analysis: Investigate part quality issues and lead detailed root cause analyses to prevent recurrence.
• TQM Tools Proficiency: Utilize Total Quality Management (TQM) tools effectively for quality improvement processes.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Automotive, or Mechanical Engineering.

Experience:

• Minimum of 4 years in the auto industry, preferably with OEM experience.

Skills:

• Proficiency in quality management tools and methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
