Job Description:
As the Assistant Manager Field Engineer (After Sales), you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the service performance of our dealers and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Your key responsibilities will include:
Monitoring Dealer Performance:
Regularly monitor the overall service performance of dealers and collect monthly operation reports to ensure compliance with MG’s high standards.
Service Improvement Plans:
Generate and implement service ability improvement plans for dealers to enhance their service quality and efficiency.
Customer Complaint Handling:
Address customer complaints promptly, manage warranty case approvals, and oversee the execution of special service activities for dealers.
Technical Reporting:
Ensure timely submission of detailed technical reports to support continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Skills and Competencies:
Technical Diagnosis Skills:
Strong ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Customer-First Mindset:
A customer-centric approach, ensuring that customer satisfaction is always a top priority.
Decision-Making Abilities:
