🔹 Job Responsibilities

✅ Development of IPM Strategy:

• Design and implement effective Integrated Pest Management (IPM) programs tailored for food production environments.
• Ensure the IPM strategy aligns with industry best practices, environmental safety standards, and company policies.

✅ Pest Management Implementation:

• Oversee pest control procedures, ensuring minimal environmental and health risks.
• Implement preventative measures to control pest infestations and ensure hygiene and safety standards are met.

✅ Staff Training & Education:

• Conduct training programs for staff on IPM best practices, safety measures, and compliance requirements.
• Promote a culture of awareness and proactive pest control in food manufacturing operations.

✅ Data Analysis & Reporting:

• Collect and analyze pest monitoring data, identifying trends and potential risks.
• Consolidate reports for management review, providing insights for continuous improvement.

✅ Regulatory Compliance & Safety Measures:

• Ensure strict adherence to regulatory guidelines and food safety standards.
• Implement safety measures to minimize pesticide risks in accordance with food industry regulations.

✅ Root Cause Analysis (RCA) & Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA):

• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify sources of pest issues.
• Develop and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to mitigate risks and enhance the effectiveness of pest management programs.

📌 Eligibility Criteria

🎓 Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Entomology.
• Professional qualification in industrial application of IPM techniques is preferred.

💼 Experience Requirements:

• 8-10 years of experience in Integrated Pest Management (IPM), preferably in a food manufacturing environment.

📝 Required Skills:
✔ Expertise in IPM strategy development for food production.
✔ Knowledge of pest behavior, control methods, and environmental impact.
✔ Experience with pest monitoring, data analysis, and reporting.
✔ Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance.
✔ Excellent communication and training skills to educate staff.
✔ Ability to conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA).
