Job Overview:

As the Assistant Manager HR at Daewoo Express, you will play a key role in managing the recruitment and employee lifecycle within the company. You will ensure that HR policies and procedures are implemented effectively across departments, help maintain smooth operations within the HR team, and support various HR functions, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee relations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment, from posting job ads to onboarding new hires. Ensure a smooth transition for new employees into the organization.

  • Attendance Management: Ensure adherence to attendance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and monitor employee attendance on a daily basis.

  • Employee Relations: Support disciplinary actions and conflict resolution according to company policies. Be proactive in addressing employee concerns and fostering a positive work environment.

  • HR Database Management: Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring that HR databases are updated regularly with relevant information.

  • Policy Implementation: Ensure the effective implementation of HR policies across all departments to maintain consistency and compliance with company regulations.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: BBA/MBA in HR or a related field.

  • Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, particularly in a managerial or supervisory role.

  • Skills:

    • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

    • Familiarity with HR Management Systems (HRMS).

    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

    • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
