As an Assistant Manager Exports, you will be responsible for overseeing the export operations of the company. This includes managing export documentation, coordinating with banks, preparing budgets and forecasts for international marketing, and ensuring smooth logistics for exports. You will also play a key role in managing sales contracts, calculating export prices, and liaising with international clients. This role offers an opportunity to expand your knowledge in international trade and export procedures, while contributing to the growth of Qarshi Industries.
Export Documentation: Coordinate with banks and manage all aspects of export documentation, ensuring thorough knowledge of export procedures.
Forecasting & Budgeting: Assist in preparing export forecasts and budgets for product promotion, foreign tours, exhibitions, marketing activities, and advertising materials.
Logistics Operations: Oversee logistical operations and collaborate with international clients to ensure smooth exports.
Sales Contracts & Pricing: Prepare and manage sales contracts, calculate export prices, and handle order confirmations.
SAP Knowledge: Basic knowledge of SAP (S4Hana) to assist in various export-related tasks.
BBA (Honors) or MBA in Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
3+ years of relevant experience in the FMCG or Pharma industry, preferably in export operations.
Strong market relations and a solid understanding of international trade.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with international clients and stakeholders.
Familiarity with AI tools is highly desirable for improving operational efficiency.
Proficiency in SAP (S4Hana) to manage export documentation and other operational tasks.
