Dr. Ziauddin Hospital, a leading healthcare institution, is seeking a talented and experienced Assistant Manager – Digital Marketing to join its team at the Head Office in North Nazimabad Campus, Karachi. Job Summary

As the Assistant Manager – Digital Marketing, your primary responsibility will be to enhance the hospital’s media presence on various digital platforms. You will work to increase penetration, manage community interactions, and ensure that key performance indicators (KPIs) are met, while improving brand visibility and engagement on social media.


Key Responsibilities

  • KPI & KRA Implementation: Execute assigned KPIs and Key Result Areas (KRAs) to align with the overall brand experience.

  • Social Media Management: Update, maintain, and analyze content across multiple platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others to achieve desired results.

  • Communication Planning: Develop and execute communication strategies for emerging platforms like Snapchat, In-App advertising, and TikTok.

  • Performance Metrics: Monitor metrics such as reach, recall, click-through rate (CTR), and conversion, and report on performance regularly.

  • Content Development & Approval: Create and approve social media content that aligns with marketing goals and campaigns.

  • Digital PR & Endorsements: Integrate digital marketing efforts with public relations and endorsements to enhance brand image.


Knowledge & Competencies

  • Proficient with key tools and metrics of social media platforms, including Google Ads, Meta, X.com, Snapchat, and more.

  • Strong team player with the ability to generate innovative ideas for engaging social media strategies.

  • Fluent in English with a strong understanding of social media language and jargon.

  • Proven experience in building or enhancing a brand’s presence on digital platforms.


Requirements

  • Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business or Creative Design.

  • Professional Qualification: Certification or Diploma from professional institutes (e.g., Google, Meta) in digital marketing.

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar role, with a focus on social media marketing and digital strategy.

  • Gender: Open to all genders, with a particular encouragement for female applicants.
