🔹 Job Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with senior clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding deal structuring, M&A, and financial advisory.

Supervision & Team Leadership:

  • Oversee and manage multiple deal advisory assignments simultaneously.
  • Supervise junior staff and ensure projects are delivered on time and with high-quality standards.
  • Mentor, guide, and develop team members through continuous assessment and performance evaluation.

Project Management & Execution:

  • Analyze financial statements, evaluate market trends, and conduct feasibility studies for deal structuring.
  • Lead due diligence, mergers & acquisitions, and financial modeling for business transactions.
  • Ensure that risk management and quality control procedures are strictly followed.
  • Provide strategic insights to clients regarding investments, business valuation, and financial restructuring.

Operational Efficiency & Compliance:

  • Maintain an organized approach to managing work, ensuring that overlapping assignments are efficiently handled.
  • Ensure that the firm’s quality control and risk management protocols are always adhered to.

📌 Eligibility Criteria

🎓 Education:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

📜 Professional Qualification (Preferred):

  • ACA / ACCA / ICMA (Qualified or Partly Qualified)

💼 Experience:

  • 3 to 8 years of relevant experience in Deal Advisory Services.
  • Experience in a reputable financial advisory firm is required.
  • Strong knowledge of financial structuring, due diligence, M&A transactions, and investment advisory.

📝 Required Skills:
Fluency in English (Written & Spoken).
Leadership & Team Management Skills.
Strong Communication & Negotiation Abilities.
Ability to Handle Multiple Projects Efficiently.
Proficiency in Financial Analysis, Business Valuation & Risk Assessment.

💻 Technical Tools Expertise:
Microsoft Excel (Financial Modeling & Data Analysis).
Microsoft PowerPoint (Presentations & Reports).
Microsoft Word (Documentation & Reports).
