Key Responsibilities
As an Assistant Manager – Admissions, you will play a pivotal role in shaping students’ academic experiences. Your responsibilities will include:
Student Interaction:
Providing detailed information about courses and scholarships to students, parents, and visitors.
Following up with prospective students through meetings, calls, emails, and social media platforms.
Guiding students through admission forms and document submissions.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Analyzing student applications in alignment with university policies.
Preparing and maintaining detailed analysis sheets, comparison reports, and comprehensive reports.
Admissions Management:
Managing the admissions cycle in collaboration with academic departments.
Monitoring and reporting daily admissions progress, including inquiries and form submissions.
Ensuring timely organization of admission tests and interviews.
Event Coordination:
Representing BNU at education fairs and setting up information desks.
Assisting in organizing open houses and other admissions-related events.
Policy and System Management:
Maintaining and updating admission policies on the website and CMS.
Coordinating with software teams for CMS updates related to admissions.
Scholarship Management:
Evaluating scholarship applications and supporting committee meetings.
Managing scholarship-related processes and preparing necessary documentation.
Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
Education:
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
Skills:
Strong proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
