Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily inventory operations across warehouses and distribution centers.
• Ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing excess inventory.

• Develop and enforce inventory management policies and procedures.
• Supervise cycle counts, physical stock audits, and reconciliation processes.
• Prepare and present comprehensive inventory performance reports to senior management.
• Train and mentor the inventory team to achieve operational efficiency and excellence.

Qualifications and Experience

To be eligible for this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:

Educational Background:

• CA (Inter), ICMA (Inter), ACCA, MBA, M.Com, or a related field.

Professional Experience:

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in inventory management or auditing, ideally within the FMCG sector.
