Position Title: Assistant Manager – Performance & Organizational Development (OD)

As an Assistant Manager – Performance & OD, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing organizational strategies that foster employee performance, efficiency, and growth.
Your main responsibilities include:
Managing the full performance appraisal cycle, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual evaluations.
Developing and updating HR policies, procedures, and performance management frameworks.
Creating and maintaining Job Descriptions (JDs) for various roles across departments.
Designing and updating Organizational Charts in alignment with structural changes.
Preparing management reports and HR analytics dashboards for performance monitoring and strategic decision-making.
Supporting organizational development initiatives to promote continuous improvement and employee engagement.
Utilizing MS Office and Power BI to build interactive dashboards and generate insightful reports for management review.
Collaborating with leadership to implement initiatives that drive cultural transformation and organizational excellence.
Education:
Master’s degree in Human Resources or Organizational Psychology from a reputed institute.
Experience:
3-5 years of core experience in Performance Management and Organizational Development, with proven experience handling:
Full-cycle performance appraisals
Policy and process development
Job description (JD) development
Organization chart creation
HR analytics and management reporting
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and documentation drafting skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong expertise in Power BI for dashboard development and data visualization.
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
