Key Responsibilities

As an Assistant Manager/Senior Officer – HR, you will be responsible for:

✔️ Recruitment & Talent Acquisition – Managing end-to-end hiring processes, from job postings to onboarding.
✔️ Employee Relations – Handling employee concerns, fostering a positive work culture, and implementing engagement initiatives.
✔️ Performance Management – Developing and monitoring performance evaluation programs to enhance employee productivity.
✔️ Organizational Development – Assisting in workforce planning, training, and leadership development programs.
✔️ HR Compliance & Policies – Ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws while maintaining HR documentation.
✔️ HR Data & Reporting – Preparing HR reports, maintaining personnel records, and analyzing key HR metrics.
✔️ Training & Development – Assisting in employee training programs to enhance skills and professional growth.


Eligibility Criteria

✔️ Education:

  • MBA/MS/MPhil in Human Resource Management (HRM).

✔️ Experience:

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in HR operations.

✔️ Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
  • Ability to multitask and handle HR responsibilities efficiently.
  • Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
